Jozua 8:24

SV	En het geschiedde, toen de Israelieten een einde gemaakt hadden van al de inwoners van Ai te doden, op het veld, in de woestijn, in dewelke zij hen nagejaagd hadden, en dat zij allen door de scherpte des zwaards gevallen waren, totdat zij allen vernield waren; zo keerde zich gans Israel naar Ai, en zij sloegen ze met de scherpte des zwaards.
WLC	וַיְהִ֣י כְּכַלֹּ֣ות יִשְׂרָאֵ֡ל לַהֲרֹג֩ אֶת־כָּל־יֹשְׁבֵ֨י הָעַ֜י בַּשָּׂדֶ֗ה בַּמִּדְבָּר֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר רְדָפ֣וּם בֹּ֔ו וַֽיִּפְּל֥וּ כֻלָּ֛ם לְפִי־חֶ֖רֶב עַד־תֻּמָּ֑ם וַיָּשֻׁ֤בוּ כָל־יִשְׂרָאֵל֙ הָעַ֔י וַיַּכּ֥וּ אֹתָ֖הּ לְפִי־חָֽרֶב׃
Trans.	wayəhî kəḵallwōṯ yiśərā’ēl lahărōḡ ’eṯ-kāl-yōšəḇê hā‘ay baśśāḏeh bammiḏəbār ’ăšer rəḏāfûm bwō wayyipəlû ḵullām ləfî-ḥereḇ ‘aḏ-tummām wayyāšuḇû ḵāl-yiśərā’ēl hā‘ay wayyakû ’ōṯāh ləfî-ḥāreḇ:

AC	כד ויהי ככלות ישראל להרג את כל ישבי העי בשדה במדבר אשר רדפום בו ויפלו כלם לפי חרב עד תמם וישבו כל ישראל העי ויכו אתה לפי חרב
ASV	And it came to pass, when Israel had made an end of slaying all the inhabitants of Ai in the field, in the wilderness wherein they pursued them, and they were all fallen by the edge of the sword, until they were consumed, that all Israel returned unto Ai, and smote it with the edge of the sword.
BE	Then, after the destruction of all the people of Ai in the field and in the waste land where they went after them, and when all the people had been put to death without mercy, all Israel went back to Ai, and put to death all who were in it without mercy.
Darby	And it came to pass when Israel had ended slaying all the inhabitants of Ai in the field, in the wilderness wherein they had chased them, and they had all fallen by the edge of the sword, until they were consumed, that all Israel returned to Ai, and smote it with the edge of the sword.
ELB05	Und es geschah, als Israel das Würgen aller Bewohner von Ai auf dem Felde, in der Wüste, wo sie ihnen nachgejagt waren, beendigt hatte, und sie alle durch die Schärfe des Schwertes gefallen, bis sie aufgerieben waren, da kehrte ganz Israel um nach Ai, und sie schlugen es mit der Schärfe des Schwertes.
LSG	Lorsqu'Israël eut achevé de tuer tous les habitants d'Aï dans la campagne, dans le désert, où ils l'avaient poursuivi, et que tous furent entièrement passés au fil de l'épée, tout Israël revint vers Aï et la frappa du tranchant de l'épée.
Sch	Und als Israel alle Einwohner zu Ai, auf dem Felde und in der Wüste, dahin sie ihnen nachgejagt, niedergemacht hatte und alle durch die Schärfe des Schwertes gefallen waren, bis sie aufgerieben worden, kehrte sich ganz Israel gegen Ai und schlug sie mit der Schärfe des Schwertes.
Web	And it came to pass when Israel had made an end of slaying all the inhabitants of Ai in the field, in the wilderness in which they chased them, and when they had all fallen on the edge of the sword, until they were consumed, that all the Israelites returned to Ai, and smote it with the edge of the sword.
